Council of Clans #

The Council of the Clans is a council of Elven elders placed in a position of advisorship to the Emperor of the Aelum (formerly Anorean) Empire. It is comprised of the elders representing those clans who had chosen to take part in the conclave that had been held thousands of years ago, to determine a response to the creation of the Haisuli Empire.
